RCRC Enforcement Is Now Active

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City, in collaboration with the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) and Riyadh Municipality, has announced 11 binding regulatory requirements to control fugitive dust emissions. All construction projects in Riyadh with a total area of 2,000 m² or more must implement approved dust control procedures or face penalties of up to SAR 50,000 per violation, stop-work orders, and project suspension.

Non-Negotiable in Riyadh

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) and National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) have issued binding dust mitigation requirements for all construction activities. Every site must comply or face enforcement.
